My approach to coaching integrates Self-Awareness, Clarity & Focus, and Skills Mastery. Although the coaching starts with Self Awareness and moves through to clarity & focus, and skills mastery, the process is on-going. New things arise providing deeper insights and improved effectiveness.

Clarity and Focus: How Being Intentional Results in Greater Satisfaction


If you are like most people, you are Busy! Your day may start and end with checking and responding to emails and texts. Sandwiched in between you are busy going to meetings, doing things, and talking with people.
